Royalty Free Images

> Publishers often have to pay for the right to distribute images. Each time an image is copied, a royalty fee is paid to the photographer, artist, or graphic designer for the right to use the image. For members of EyeInvent no such recurring royalty payment is required. Members who download a free image or purchase one from EyeInvent may use it as often as they wish according to the terms defined below.

Don't be fooled by "1 credit an image" royalty free stock photo websites. Review their terms carefully and you'll likely see their license is limited in that they require a separate payment for each usage of the image. EyeInvent is different. You either download a free image and attribute it to EyeInvent, or you pay one low fee starting at $5, and you receive the right to publish across a very broad range of contexts (multiple websites, html emails, business cards etc.).

Image Downloads

> The EyeInvent copyright watermark is removed from all download image products - including free images.

> We offer four kinds of high quality image download products presented in the EyeInvent Online Gallery:

• Small Images: With a size of 500 pixels at their widest or tallest, these images are ideal for website highlights. Note that although paid-for small images are the same dimensions as those presented in the gallery, the image files available for download following payment are over twice as large. They have been saved at 100% jpg quality (as have all paid-for licensed downloads). Free attributable images are saved at 90%.

• Medium Images: With a size of 900 pixels at their widest or tallest, these images are great for website features and digital illustrative purposes.

• Large Images: With a size of 1,600 pixels at their widest or tallest, these images are perfect for website backgrounds and features, and can also be used for small print publication features.

• Extra Large Images: With a minimum size of 3,000 pixels at their widest or t allest, these images are perfect for website and software backgrounds, and are also excellent for print publications as illustrative features.

Subscriptions

> Subscriptions allow you to purchase a 6 month or 1 year right to download images of a certain size from EyeInvent. There are four subscription types: Bronze for small images, Silver for medium sized images, Gold for large images, and Platinum for the extra large images. Review the Product Page for examples of the differences between the sizes of image available at EyeInvent.

Framed and Unframed Posters and Prints

> A selection of images are also available in EyeInvent's Zazzle Store.

Look for the Zazzle link under the main image description. Customers can choose the size of print, paper (from basic posters to premium 78 X 52 inch gallery canvas), and frame.

Downloads

> All images are delivered in a zip file and are available for immediate download from your EyeInvent account following payment. Subscribers may download images associated with their subscription type at any time during their subscription period.

Note that single file downloads are time-limited and will be available in your EyeInvent account for 90 days from the date of purchase shown on your email receipt. You are therefore strongly advised to backup your image in a memorable location for future retrieval.

Payment Method

> Payment transactions are made using WorldPay, leaders since 1993 in online debit and credit card processing. PayPal payments are also accepted. After placing your order you will be redirected to WorldPay's or PayPal's secure server to enter your card details and make the financial transaction. EyeInvent never receives or stores card details, and thereby minimises the possible risks of fraud and impropriety.
